#myfirstcar  This is my first car. A 2004 Dodge Neon in Solar Yellow with black vinyl stripes :) I purchased the car 2 years ago when i was 16 for $5000. First thing that happened was somebody backed into it. Then months later i slid off of the road in the rain and nearly totaled it. Soon after that I suffered a stroke when I was just 17. I was stuck in the hospital for several weeks and knew I wasn’t going to be able to drive even after I got out, which really sucked because I love driving. So as a little surprise, my father put the stripes on the car for me while I was in the hospital, just like I had wanted to ( I bought the car without them ). I got to ride home in it the day I was released. Since then, I have added a new JVC stereo with a 12” Rockford Fosgate subwoofer in the trunk. And the car to this day, has never let me sit on the side of the road.

so.. a little about me to start off this blog. 

I’m 18 years old and from Middletown, Pa. I am attending Universal Technical Institute studying Automotive Technology and have an apartment in Phoenixville, Pa. I one day want to work for Mini. Sports I like are hockey, football, and tennis. the Pittsburgh Penguins are my hockey team, the Pittsburgh Steelers are my football team, and Roger Federer is my favorite tennis player. I also enjoy playing tennis.

Mountain biking is also a hobby of mine. I used to ride my bike everyday as a kid. I also have an aspiration of becoming a DJ. I love music, it’s a huge part of my life. I’ve tried producing some of my own music with little success, but i think its fun either way. Il be sure to post some of my stuff.

I’m also a big fan of photography.

Cars though, are my passion. I’ve been around cars my entire life and am now, as i mentioned before, going to school for it to make a career out of it. Cars always seemed to define who I am, along with other things of course, and honestly I’m okay with that :)
